Which mobile plans currently have the balance rollover feature?
Currently, only VIVIFI Roam Asia Super 5G+ plan comes with balance rollover feature.
What is the 3-month rollover feature?
The 3-month rollover feature lets you carry forward unused eligible monthly entitlements for up to 3 months.
Your monthly entitlements will continue to refresh on the 1st day of each month. Any unused eligible balance will be carried forward and added to your new monthly entitlement.
How does the rollover work?
Each month's entitlement has its own 3-month rollover period.
For example, if your monthly entitlement is given on 1 October:
1 November = 1st rollover month
Your unused October balance is carried forward and added to your November entitlement.
1 December = 2nd rollover month
Any remaining October balance is carried forward again and added to your December entitlement.
1 January = 3rd rollover month
Any remaining October balance is carried forward for the final time and added to your January entitlement.
1 February
Any remaining October balance is forfeited.
Your November, December and subsequent monthly entitlements will each have their own separate 3-month rollover period.
Will my new monthly entitlement be added to my rollover balance?
Yes, your new monthly entitlement is refreshed as usual on the 1st day of each month, and any eligible unused balances carried forward from previous months will be added to it.
For example, if you have 10GB of unused October roaming data and receive a new 30GB in November, you will have 40GB available, subject to the applicable rollover rules.
What happens when the 3rd month of rollover ends?
Any remaining balance from that monthly entitlement will expire after its 3rd rollover month.
For example, any unused balance from your October entitlement that remains after 31 January will be forfeited on 1 February.
Balances from other months may still remain available if they are within their own rollover period.

800 Outgoing Local Minutes
100 Outgoing Local SMS
30GB Roaming Data/month to 13 destinations
500 mins IDD 019 Calls/month to 16 destinations
These entitlements are not eligible for rollover:
1TB yearly roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand
60GB yearly roaming data to worldwide destinations
10 mins monthly incoming roaming calls worldwide
