How to apply for Termination
Please email to help@vivifi,me providing the following information
- Mobile number that you wanted to terminate
- Email address that you have sign up with
by 12pm on the last calendar day of the month.
Termination is aligned with the calendar month. The last day of usage will be on the last day of the month of termination. Your last bill will include any excess usage charges, purchases, and other incidental charges incurred during the month of termination.
Please fulfill a minimum stay of 2 bills before termination.
If port out is triggered before a minimum stay of 2 bills, you will be charged a final bill that sums up the remaining monthly subscription charges, any excess usage charges, purchases, and other incidental charges incurred. Port out is aligned with the calendar month.
What is 2 billing cycle or 2 bills ?
- Upon activation of your VIVIFI SIM Card, you will receive your first bill around the mid of the following month.
Your second bill will be around the mid of the next month after the first bill.
No pro-rated refund for Port-out/Termination
There is no pro-rated refund of mobile line’s Monthly Recurring Charging and entitlement when termination/Port out is executed. The last day of usage will be on the last day of the month of termination.
