A one time charge of $22 (inclusive of GST) applies for Transfer of Ownership requests.
Please note that once the transfer is completed, you will no longer have ownership of the transferred mobile line(s) and the line(s) will instead belong to the new owner.
You may choose to process the following transfers:
- Transfer single line plan such as VIVIFI Binge/ VIVIFI Plus/ VIVIFI Lite etc to a new owner.
- Transfer ALL mobile lines under VIVIFI Share plan to a new VIVIFI Share plan account under a new owner.
- Transfer one of the additional mobile lines under VIVIFI Share plan to a new owner while keeping the remaining lines under your existing account.
NOTE:
- For share plan with additional lines, the main line cannot be transferred out of the share plan.
- If you need to transfer more than 1 additional mobile lines to a new owner, you will need to make a new application for each mobile line.
Below are the STEPS for the Transfer of Ownership:
1. Existing owner will need to submit the Transfer of Account Ownership form.
2. Existing owner will receive an email with the request number from VIVIFI if submission is successful.
3. The new owner will need to sign up for a new VIVIFI Account using the same email provided in the form in Step 1. Please select Singpass sign-up. Detailed steps will be provided in the email that the new owner will receive from VIVIFI.

4. New owner will need to fill up a form sent by VIVIFI.
5. VIVIFI will make a deduction of $22 (inclusive of GST) from the payment card tied to the VIVIFI account created by the new owner.
6. The transfer will be processed once payment has been made successfully.
Please note that the transfer of ownership will take around 5 working days to complete after the new owner receives a email confirmation from VIVIFI.

In Step 3 above, the new owner should select VIVIFI Share plan and the exact number of mobile lines as the existing VIVIFI Share plan. For example, if the existing VIVIFI Share plan has 1 main line and 3 additional lines, please sign up a new VIVIFI Account for 1 main line with 3 additional lines.
