How to apply for Voluntary Suspension and Unsuspension

- Monthly subscription fee applies.
- VIVIFI can assist to suspend to prevent misuse.
VIVIFI Share Plan 4G & 5G / VIVIFI Binge 4G & 5G / VIVIFI Roam MY 4G & 5G / VIVIFI Roam MY Super 4G & 5G / VIVIFI Vibe 5G / VIVIFI Plus 5G / VIVIFI 20 (CIS) 4G & 5G / VIVIFI 50 (CIS) 4G & 5G / VIVIFI 50 (N) (CIS) 4G & 5G Plan
- Monthly recurring charge for suspension of above plans: $12 (inclusive of GST).
- For customers on VIVIFI Share plan, if the main VIVIFI Me line is suspended, the whole VIVIFI Share account will be suspended. If only VIVIFI Share sub line (VIVIFI Us) is suspended, only the monthly subscription fee will apply for the suspended VIVIFI Us line.
- Maximum number of months allowed for suspension: 12 months

Payment
- There is no pro-rated refund for the current month's monthly subscription fee for the mobile line to be suspended.

On the month of service resumption
- There is no pro-rated refund of monthly recurring charge for suspension ($12) on the month of service resumption.
- Full monthly subscription fee for the suspended plan applies (no pro-ration).
