VIVIFI Mobile plan does not "lock" your mobile number like other Telco contracted mobile plans.
We can port out anytime however, we would like to encourage you to at least try out VIVIFI for some time.
As such, there is minimum period of only 2 bills cycles for VIVIFI Mobile plans. The first bill will be in the mid of the next month from the day your VIVIFI SIM card is activated.
If VIVIFI mobile service does not meet your needs, you can terminate your VIVIFI Mobile plan after the minimum period. Termination of Mobile Plan is aligned with calendar month.
