SIM Card activation?
I have signed up for my VIVIFI line
Using Singpass Physical SIM users: 1. Activate it online at activate.vivifi.me. You will need to scan the barcode printed on the SIM.
eSIM users: 1. Activate the eSIM online at activate.vivifi.me. 2. Log in to your VIVIFI account and click on Manage > SIM Management to view the eSIM QR.

iPhone users: If you are using an iPhone and are porting in your mobile number from another telco, you are advised to insert your SIM into your device/ install the eSIM only after port-in has been completed successfully for your device to correctly display the port-in number. |
Without Singpass Home Delivery of physical SIM: SIM card will be automatically activated within 4 hours of SIM delivery. eSIM / Postal Mail delivery of physical SIM: Send SIM activation request to VIVIFI. SIM card will be activated within 4 hours after you have been contacted by VIVIFI staff. Refer to the email or scan the QR on the envelope (only for physical SIM) from VIVIFI for details on SIM activation.

I have requested for
Number Porting - Log in to VIVIFI account. Select Manage > Number Porting. Status must be "Submitted" for the number to be ported in successfully. More info here. - Porting in existing Corporate Mobile Plan? - Porting will only be triggered after you have submitted the Mobile Number Porting (MNP) request and your new VIVIFI SIM has been activated. |
No Number Porting You may start enjoying your new VIVIFI plan once your SIM has been activated.

Pro-ration & Billing
Entitlements will be pro-rated during the month of SIM activation. The monthly subscription fee will also be pro-rated. Learn more about pro-ration and billing matters here.

Which SIM service do I choose when SIM is inserted?
How are the charges calculated for the first month?
Are the entitlements pro-rated for the month of sign-up?
How do I check my usage balances?
How can I add VIVIFI Account login to the homescreen of my device?
