Entitlement reset date: First day of the month for monthly recurring entitlements.
Billing cycle: First to last day of the calendar month.
Bill issue date: You will receive an SMS notification from VIVIFI when bill has been issued.
Bill download: Log in to your VIVIFI account and click on "Bills" to view the issued bills.
Bill deduction date: Charges for the latest issued bill will be deducted on the due date printed on the softcopy bill.
Bill payment: Charges for the latest issued bill will be automatically deducted from the credit/debit card that you have added.
