Most of the APP that uses SMS OTP make use of a third-party application-to-person (A2P) provider for sending OTP.
If your mobile number is able to send and receive SMS, both locally and from overseas numbers, we recommend contacting the provider of the APP to flag the OTP issue to their A2P providers so that they can look into it.
