Customers signing up for a new VIVIFI mobile plan/ number and selecting physical SIM can opt to self-collect the SIM card at selected self-collection points for free.

1. Sign-up: Select Self-Collection as the delivery method
When signing up for a new mobile plan, please select "Self-Collection" as the delivery method.
Note: Only customers who have selected "Self-Collection" will be able to collect the physical SIM at our Self-Collection points.
2. Receive confirmation email with Order ID
After submitting the order for a new VIVIFI mobile plan/ number, you will receive an email with the Order ID from VIVIFI.
3. Collect SIM card
When collecting the SIM, you will need to let our collection partner know your Order ID and the last alphabet of your NRIC/FIN. For example, if your VIVIFI SIM Order ID is 12000 and your NRIC is S9034567H, it will be 12000H.
4. Activate SIM card
After you have collected the SIM, you may activate the SIM online at activate.vivifi.me.
If you have opted to port-in your mobile number from another telco, please note that the temporary VIVIFI number will be activated first. You will need to submit the porting request to complete the number port. Click here for guide on submitting the mobile number port request.
