Customers signing up for new VIVIFI mobile plan can opt for Postal Mail delivery of the physical SIM. There'll be no charges imposed for this delivery method.
Delivery of VIVFI SIM Card is by Singpost regular postal mail to your Letter box. There is no tracking code for postal mail. Delivery service standard is based on Singpost Basic Local Letters.
We will mail out your VIVIFI SIM Card within 2 working days from SIM purchase date if order has been submitted successfully. Please check your letter box after 4 working days from the date of purchase.
You will receive an email from VIVIFI with your Order ID. Please also refer to the same email for instructions on SIM activation.
Note: Once order has been submitted successfully, an admin fee of $13 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed if SIM activation is not completed within 14 days of submitting the SIM order or if the order is cancelled.
