Customers signing up for new VIVIFI mobile plan can opt for Singpost postal mail delivery. There'll be no charges imposed for this delivery method.
Once you have received an email from VIVIFI with your Order ID, please check your mailbox within 7 working days. Please also refer to the same email for instructions on SIM activation. Alternatively, scan the QR on the envelope that you will receive from VIVIFI.
Note: Once order has been submitted successfully, an admin fee of $12.11 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed if SIM activation is not completed within 30 days from the SIM order date or if the order is cancelled.
