SIM delivery is not applicable for eSIM users.
If you are getting a new physical SIM, you may either opt for Home Delivery or Postal Mail.
For Postal Mail, there'll be no charges imposed. The SIM will be sent to you via Singpost normal mail. There is no tracking code for postal mail. You may collect your SIM from your letter box. Click here for details on delivery and SIM activation.
For Home Delivery,
- if you are signing up using Singpass or are an existing VIVIFI Share plan customer adding new sub lines, there will be a delivery charge of $5.50 (GST inclusive). The SIM will be delivered right to your doorstep. More info available here.
- if you are opting for manual sign-up without Singpass, there'll be a delivery charge of $12.50 (GST inclusive). The SIM will be delivered right to your doorstep. More info available here.
