SIM delivery is not applicable for eSIM users.
If you are getting a new physical SIM, you may either opt for Self-Collection, Postal Mail or Home Delivery.
Self-collection: No charges will be imposed. You will need the Order ID from VIVIFI, which will be sent to the email address used for your VIVIFI account login. You may then collect the SIM from any of our delivery partners. Click here for more info.
Postal Mail: No charges will be imposed. The SIM will be sent to you via Singpost normal mail. There is no tracking code for postal mail. You may collect your SIM from your letter box. Click here for details on delivery and SIM activation.
Home Delivery: If you are signing up for a new mobile plan using Singpass or are an existing VIVIFI Share plan customer adding new sub lines, there will be a delivery charge of $5.50 (GST inclusive). The SIM will be delivered right to your doorstep. More info available here.
