If you have lost your SIM or suspect that your mobile number has been compromised/ used for scams, you may initiate a request to suspend your mobile service. If submission is successful, your mobile service will be suspended immediately.
To initiate the request, log in to your VIVIFI account and select Manage > Suspension.
Click on the pencil icon. If you have VIVIFI Share plan with multiple lines, click on the icon corresponding to the affected mobile number.
Click on Suspend.
You are advised to receive the OTP via email. Enter the OTP received and submit the suspension request.
Status will show as Suspend after successful suspension.
Once suspended, you will need to email VIVIFI at help@vivifi.me to unsuspend the mobile number.
Note: Monthly recurring charges will still apply for your subscribed services during suspension.
