Charging for subscribed VIVIFI plan will start once your new VIVIFI SIM has been activated.
Customers signing up using Singpass are eligible for online SIM activation and your SIM will be activated within 4 hours of submitting the SIM activation request.
Note: For customers porting in, SIM will first be activated with a temporary VIVIFI number. Customers will need to submit the porting request in order for the number to be ported in to VIVIFI.
