Charging for subscribed VIVIFI plan will start once your new VIVIFI SIM has been activated.
Customers signing up using Singpass are eligible for online SIM activation and your SIM will be activated within 4 hours submitting the SIM activation request.
If you have signed up without using Singpass and have selected Home Delivery, your SIM will be activated within 4 hours of SIM delivery.
If you have signed up without using Singpass and have selected Postal Mail, send the SIM activation request to VIVIFI. Refer to the email or scan the QR on the envelope (only for physical SIM) from VIVIFI for more details on SIM activation.
