If you are a VIVIFI Us customer, you may log in to VIVIFI account to check the usage of
- shareable entitlements of VIVIFI Share account
- boosters purchased for your individual mobile line
- roaming packs purchased for your individual mobile line
Please note that VIVIFI Us customers will not be able to subscribe to/purchase any add-ons. VIVIFI Us customers will also not be able to view the usage of other mobile lines under the same VIVIFI Share account.
1. Add VIVIFI Us line user's email
Main VIVIFI Me line user will first need to log in to VIVIFI Me user's account.
Add the relevant VIVIFI Us line user's email by selecting Profile > My Profile.
For the required VIVIFI Us line, add VIVIFI Us user's email under "UPDATE VIVIFI US USER INFORMATION" and click "SAVE". VIVIFI Me user can now log out of the account.
2. Visit family.vivifi.me
Visit family.vivifi.me and click on "Forget Password?".
3. Request password reset
Enter the email address saved for the relevant VIVIFI Us line user in step 1. Click on "RESET".
4. Log in to the email account used for VIVIFI Us login
Log in to the email account used for VIVIFI Us login and retrieve the email sent by VIVIFI. Click on "Reset Password" button. Do note that you will need to complete this within 15 mins of completing step 3.
5. Set password
Enter the password that you would like to use for VIVIFI Us line login. Click on "CHANGE PASSWORD".
6. Log in to VIVIFI Us sub line account
You may now visit family.vivifi.me and log in to VIVIFI Us account using the login email and password.
Do note that VIVIFI Us users can only log in to view the usage of
- shareable entitlements of VIVIFI Share account
- boosters purchased for your individual mobile line
- roaming packs purchased for your individual mobile line
VIVIFI Us customers will not be able to subscribe to/purchase any add-ons. VIVIFI Us customers will also not be able to view the individual usage of the other mobile lines under the same VIVIFI Share account.
