You may view the group level balance entitlements by selecting Dashboard > Local Usage. The entitlements listed on this page can be shared among the members within the same Share group.
You will first see the total balance entitlements. Your total monthly entitlements will include the bundled VIVIFI Share entitlements and promo entitlements (if any).
You can then click to see the detailed usage of the shareable entitlements from each bundle (eg. Share plan base entitlement, Promo 80GB (if any) etc).
If group usage has exceeded the bundled and promo (if any) entitlements and is now being deducted from VIVIFI More, the used VIVIFI More usage will also be displayed. For example, if you have fully utilized your SMS entitlement and VIVIFI More tiered pricing is now being applied for SMS, the dashboard will show the number of SMS messages sent based on VIVIFI More tiered pricing.
If VIVIFI More pricing is applied for both eg. SMS and Talktime, you'll see both usages listed under VIVIFI More. You may check the rates for VIVIFI More here.
If usage further exceeds VIVIFI More tier-based pricing quota, VIVIFI More Pay-Per-Use charges will be applied. For example, if the excess usage is only for SMS, only VIVIFI More Pay-Per-Use charges incurred for SMS will be shown.
You may click on the arrow on the right to expand/collapse each section.
Entitlements that cannot be shared with other mobile lines within the same Share group will be displayed on Local Usage (Individual Lines) page. Purchased VIVIFI Boosters for individual lines will be available for viewing here. If any of the mobile lines under that Share account has incurred Pay-Per-Use charges for eg. making IDD call/ sending Global SMS from Singapore to another country, it will also be displayed here. You may view this page by selecting Dashboard > Local Usage (Individual Lines).
If you have more than one mobile line under your VIVIFI Share account, all the numbers under that account will be listed for selection on Local Usage (Individual Lines) page if you are logging in using your VIVIFI Me (main line) login ID. If you are logging in using your VIVIFI Us login ID, only your number will be displayed for selection.
Purchased VIVIFI Boosters for individual lines will also be displayed in the summary table. Please note that Pay-Per-Use charges incurred for each line will not be displayed in the summary table.
