Steps to get a SIM Card replacement

- The reason for SIM Card replacement
- An address to deliver the SIM Card to you (not required for Option 3 below)

Select the SIM delivery method

- Option 1: Doorstep delivery. Delivery fee of $22.00 (inclusive of GST) applies. We will attempt to deliver the SIM as soon as possible.
- Option 2: Free Singpost delivery to letterbox. Please check your letterbox after 3 to 5 working days.
- Option 3: Self-collect from any of our self-collection points.

2. We will suspend your service if your mobile phone has been lost.
3. We will post your new SIM Card to you or you may collect it from our self-collection points.
4. There is a one-time charge of $5.50 (inclusive of GST) for SIM Card replacement, excluding delivery charges if any.
Upon receiving your SIM Card

Once you have received the replacement SIM Card , email help@vivifi.me with
- a image of the SIM card showing the card number and
- the last 4 digit of your NRIC.
- We will activate your card.
