What happens if I have already used up 270GB of data?
As VIVIFI Plus plan comes with unlimited basic Internet, you will continue to have access to data even if your usage have exceeded 270GB* for VIVIFI Plus 20 plan.
To ensure fair usage, connection will be at managed speeds once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data of 270GB* for VIVIFI Plus 20 plan. The speed will be reset on the first day of the following month.
Alternatively, you may purchase data Boosters if you would like to restore the full connection speed before the bundled data is reset.
*The entitlement may differ if you have subscribed to other VIVIFI Plus plans.
What if I exceed 400 mins of talktime or 200 SMS?
If you exceed 400 mins^ of talktime or 200 SMS before the end of the billing cycle, you may purchase talktime/SMS Boosters to enjoy more talktime/SMS.
If you have exceeded both the monthly bundled and purchased Booster talktime/ SMS, you will be charged the pay-per-use rate for make outgoing calls and sending SMS. Pay-per-use rate for Talktime $0.1090/mins, SMS $0.0545/SMS. However, you will still be able to continue receiving incoming calls and SMS at no charge.
What if I exceed the bundled roaming data usage?
The total bundled roaming data will be automatically stopped once you have reached the limit. You will not be charged any pay-per-use rate for roaming data but will need to purchase additional VIVIFI Go roaming data packs if you require additional roaming data.
