VIVIFI Connect
Enables you to call over 240 destinations around the world. VIVIFI Connect is a pay-per-use service. For each IDD call made, it will be rated and charged according to the duration and the destination country.
Enable / Disable IDD Calling
You can toggle this setting by logging into your VIVIFI Account using VIVIFI Me credential. Select Manage > IDD.
IDD 001 Premium Service
You will be using VIVIFI IDD 001 Premium Service when you dial an international number directly from your mobile phone.
Example :
+<country code><area code><number>
or
001<country code><area code><number>
For example, when dialing a Malaysian phone number, +60-16-1234567, from a VIVIFI number in Singapore, it will be charged as IDD 001 Premium Service call if the number is dialed as +60-16-1234567 or 001-60-16-1234567.

IDD 019 Service
To use VIVIFI IDD 019 Service, you will need to dial the prefix 019 before the international number.
Example :
019<country code><area code><number>
For example, to make an IDD 019 call to a Malaysian phone number, +60-16-1234567, from a VIVIFI number in Singapore, you will need to dial 019-60-16-1234567.
