VIVIFI supports both Singapore local calls and international calls.
Emergency Calls
VIVIFI supports Singapore emergency calls.
Toll-free Calls
VIVIFI supports local toll-free calls with numbers prefixed with 1800.
For local outgoing calls to 800-xxxxxxx, please dial with a prefix +65. Example: +65800-xxxxxxx.
Local outgoing call charges will be incurred.
Premium Calls
VIVIFI does not support premium calls with numbers prefixed with 1900.
Roaming Calls to local numbers at destination
- Direct dial the number without + prefix, or
- + <country code & area code> + <number>
