Do I have to pay for delivery and what are the charges?
There is a delivery fee of $5.50 (inclusive of GST), which allows you to be part of VIVIFI family. Please note that you will not be able to change the delivery method once it has been selected and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Who is eligible for this method of delivery?
Home Delivery option costing $5.50 (inclusive of GST) is only applicable for customers signing up for new VIVIFI mobile plans using Singpass Myinfo or existing VIVIFI Share plan customers adding new VIVIFI Us lines.
How long does it take to receive my new SIM?
Delivery will take around 2 to 3* working days. A confirmation SMS regarding your delivery details will be sent to you by our delivery partner.
* Delivery may take longer during peak season.
At what time will the delivery be made on the day of delivery?
Delivery will usually be made between 9am to 10pm. There will be no delivery on public holidays.
You will receive an SMS from our delivery partner on the date of SIM delivery.
Do I need to be around to receive the SIM?
If you are not around to receive the SIM, our delivery partner will try to contact you for permission to leave the parcel within the compounds of the specified delivery address.
Please note that you will not be able to change the delivery address once it has been submitted.
What if I miss the delivery?
There should not be an issue of missed delivery since the SIM can be left within the compounds of the specified delivery address. But if a second delivery attempt needs to be made, it will take place within the next 1 or 2 days (except public holiday) after the first delivery by our delivery partner.
I am signing up for VIVIFI Share plan. Can I have different delivery addresses for main line SIM and supplementary line SIMs?
As delivery is associated with an order, we do not support different delivery addresses for different SIMs with the same order ID.
However, you may choose to have the SIM delivered to an address (Delivery Address) which is different from your Billing address.
