Please visit family.vivifi.me to sign up for VIVIFI CIS Plan. Company email or Singpass login will be required to check the eligibility for CIS plan. If eligible, please select the preferred CIS plan, and use the promo code (if any), on the Order Summary page.
2. Can I sign up for VIVIFI CIS plan with my personal email?
Yes, you may sign up for VIVIFI CIS plan with your personal email address. However, CIS plan eligibility check will be required by using either your company email address or Singpass.
3. I am not issued a company email address. Can I still apply for VIVIFI CIS plan?
You can still sign up for CIS plan by checking your eligibility for CIS plan via Singpass. For assistance, please contact VIVIFI at help@vivifi.me.
4. I am an existing VIVIFI customer, am I able to sign up for CIS plan?
Yes, please visit family.vivifi.me to sign up for a new VIVIFI CIS plan.
5. I am an existing VIVIFI Consumer plan customer. Can I change my current plan to a CIS plan?
If you are eligible for VIVIFI CIS plan, you may request to convert your existing VIVIFI Consumer plan to CIS plan by contacting VIVIFI at help@vivifi.me. Existing VIVIFI customers may check CIS eligibility by logging in to VIVIFI account at family.vivifi.me and selecting Profile > CIS Eligibility Check.
Otherwise, you may also opt to sign up for a new VIVIFI CIS plan by visiting family.vivifi.me.
6. Do I need to pay any fee for VIVIFI mobile plan activation, SIM registration etc?

9. Can I sign up for multiple lines under VIVIFI CIS plan?
Yes, you may sign up for multiple VIVIFI CIS plans. But please note that you may need to register for a new VIVIFI account to sign up for a new plan. You may refer to VIVIFI FAQ page for more info if you would like to sign up for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans using the same email.
10. Can I sign up for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans using the same ID?
Yes, you may sign up for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans using the same ID. But please note that you may need to register for a new VIVIFI account to sign up for a new plan.
11. How will I know if I have exceeded my VIVIFI CIS plan entitlements? Will there be any form of notification?
You will receive notifications if you have used up 80% and 100% of the bundled monthly entitlements for VIVIFI CIS plan. You will not have to worry about excess charges as your data/ outgoing calls/ outgoing SMS will be stopped once you have fully utilised your bundled entitlements. However, you will still be able to continue receiving incoming calls/ SMS.
You may also opt to purchase VIVIFI Boosters if you would like to get more data/ talktime/ SMS.
12. Is a deposit required to sign up for VIVIFI CIS plan?
No, there is no deposit required to sign up for VIVIFI CIS plan.
