How to purchase VIVIFI 20 - CIS Plan?
Step 1 - Register for an account
Visit family.vivifi.me. Click on "Register". Enter the email and password that you would like to use to register for VIVIFI account.
If you already have an existing VIVIFI plan, click here for guide on using the same email to register for another VIVIFI account.
Step 2 - CIS plan eligibility check
If you have used an eligible CIS email, the available CIS plans will be displayed for your selection. Select the plan and click on "Next". You will need to verify your eligibility for CIS plan.
Otherwise, click on "CIS Plans" tab to check your eligibility for CIS plan using your company email address or Singpass.
Email: Enter your company email address and click on "Send OTP". Log in to that email account to retrieve the OTP sent by VIVIFI. Enter the OTP and click on "Check Eligibility".
Singpass: Click on "Retrieve Myinfo with singpass". You will be directed to Singpass login page.
Log in to your account and click on "I Agree" to consent to providing your data.
You will be informed of your eligibility. If you are eligible for CIS plan, proceed to Step 3. Otherwise, you may opt to sign up for VIVIFI Consumer plan.
Step 3 - Select VIVIFI 20 - CIS plan
Click on "VIVIFI 20 - CIS" plan that you would like to sign up for, if you have yet to select the plan.
Please note that the CIS plans available for eligible CIS customers may differ for different companies.
Step 4 - Select the mobile number
You may choose to get a new number.
OR You may choose to port-in your existing POSTPAID number.
Step 5 - Select sign-up method
If you have checked your CIS eligibility using Singpass in Step 2, you will not need to select the sign-up method.
If you have checked your CIS eligibility using company email in Step 2, select if you would like to sign up via Singpass or by filling in the form manually.
If you would like to sign up using Singpass, upon clicking on "Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass", you will need to log in to your Singpass account.
Click on "I Agree" to consent to providing your data.
Step 6 - Provide information on your photo ID
If you have opted to sign up via Singpass, the fields will be pre-populated.
If you have opted for manual sign-up:
Input your name as appears on your ID.
Input your date of birth as appears on your ID.
For both Singpass and manual sign-up, please provide a contact number.
Step 7 - Provide information on your photo ID
If you are signing up manually, input your ID Type and Number.
FIN refers to Foreign Identification Number. Choose this option if you do not have a Singapore NRIC.
For both Singpass and manual sign-up, upload clear pictures of the Front and Back of your Photo ID.
Picture must in gif, jpg, jpeg, or png format, not exceeding 3MB.
Step 8 - Select your preferred mode of delivery
You may choose Home Delivery to have your VIVIFI SIM delivered to you or Self-Collection if you would like to collect it yourself.

Step 9 - Provide your registered address
For customers signing up using Singpass, these fields will be pre-populated.
If you have opted for manual sign-up, please provide your registered address.
First, input your postal code to have your address auto-filled.
Next, enter your unit number.
Please enter your registered address manually if it did not get auto-filled.
Step 10 - Provide your delivery address
If you have selected Home Delivery, you may use your registered address as the delivery address. Otherwise, please provide the delivery address.
If you have selected to do a Self-Collection, you will not need to fill in the details for this section.
Step 11 - Verify your entries
You are almost there.

- Delivery Information
- Payment Charges
Edit if required.
Step 12 - Enter Promotion Code
Enter any Promotion Code that you have obtained. After promo code has been applied successfully, you will see the message in green. If the promo code is for a discount, the discounted price will be displayed in order summary, unless otherwise stated. For bonus entitlement promo codes, you may check the entitlement on Dashboard page. For bill rebate promo codes, the rebate will only be reflected in your monthly bill.
Tick the checkbox to give us your consent for payment matters.
Step 13 - Provide Card Information
Lastly, please provide your Card Information for payment.
