What happens if I have already used up 6GB of data?
As VIVIFI Plus plan comes with unlimited basic Internet, you will continue to have access to data even if your usage have exceeded 6GB for VIVIFI Plus (6GB) plan. If you have subscribed to VIVIFI Plus (10GB), you'll enjoy full speed data access for up to 10GB.
To ensure fair usage, connection will be at managed speeds once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data of 6GB/10GB for VIVIFI Plus (6GB) and VIVIFI Plus (10GB) respectively. The speed will be reset on the first day of the following month.
Alternatively, you may purchase data Boosters if you would like to restore the full connection speed before the bundled data is reset. Available one-time purchase VIVIFI Boosters are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What if I exceed 350 mins of talktime and 100 SMS?
If you exceed 350 mins of talktime and 100 SMS before the end of the billing cycle, you may purchase talktime/SMS Boosters to enjoy more talktime/SMS. Available one-time purchase VIVIFI Boosters are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you have exceeded both the monthly bundled and purchased Booster talktime/ SMS, you will be charged the pay-per-use rate for make outgoing calls and sending SMS. Pay-per-use rate for Talkime $0.11/mins, SMS $0.05/SMS. However, you will still be able to continue receiving incoming calls and SMS at no charge.
