VIVIFI Share Plan/ VIVIFI Binge Plan/ VIVIFI 20 (CIS) Plan/ VIVIFI 50 (CIS) Plan/ VIVIFI 50 (N) (CIS) Plan
- Monthly recurring charge for suspension: $10.80 for VIVIFI Share main line (VIVIFI Me)/ VIVIFI Binge/ VIVIFI 20 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (N) (CIS). For VIVIFI Share sub line (VIVIFI Us), only the monthly subscription fee will apply for the suspended VIVIFI Us line.
- Maximum number of months allowed for suspension: 12 months

- There is no pro-rated refund for the current month's monthly subscription fee for VIVIFI Share main line (VIVIFI Me)/ VIVIFI Binge/ VIVIFI 20 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (N) (CIS).

On the month of service resumption
- There is no pro-rated refund of monthly recurring charge for suspension ($10.80) on the month of service resumption.
- Full monthly subscription fee for VIVIFI Share/ VIVIFI Binge/ VIVIFI 20 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (CIS)/ VIVIFI 50 (N) (CIS) plan applies (no pro-ration).
