Has the Mobile Number Port-in completed ?
If your existing telco SIM Card has no mobile signal, it means that your mobile number porting is done.
Get VIVIFIED. Here's the steps to start up your VIVIFI Service.
- Remove any existing SIM Card
- Insert your VIVIFI SIM Card
- Reboot your mobile phone
- Choose Singtel(Postpaid), if your mobile phone prompts.
- Check if you have a mobile signal, otherwise please email email@example.com
- Please turn on the Mobile Data option on your mobile phone
Pro-rated Usages for the first month
Usages for the first month is pro-rated from the SIM Card activation day to the end of the month. The monthly subscription fee is pro-rated as well.
Usages will be reset on the first day of each month.
