Usage notification
You will receive a usage notification on reaching 80% and 100% for
- Share Pool : Data
- Share Pool : Talktime
- Share Pool : SMS
- VIVIFI More : Data Tier 3
- VIVIFI More : Talktime Tier 3
- VIVIFI More : SMS Tier 2
Please note that for shareable entitlements, the usage notification SMS is not sent to the main VIVIFI Me line. It'll instead to sent to the line (i.e. can either be VIVIFI Me or VIVIFI Us line) that crosses the usage threshold.
Understanding your Usage
Share pool usage can be monitored near real-time via VIVIFI portal. You can install a home screen icon for VIVIFI portal.
Individual mobile line's total usage will be reflected in the monthly bill.
