Our billing cycle is from 01st to end of the month.
As such, the entitlement of Data, Talktime and SMS are pro-rated on your first month.
Example: You have collected and activated your VIVIFI SIM on the 04th November.
When login to vivifi.me account to view the balance of your entitlement, the portal will show the balances you have from 4th to 30th of Nov.
The entitlement will reset on 1st Dec,
As such, your subscription fee is also prorated for the month of November.
