If you have opted for self-collection and have yet to collect the SIM, please send an email to help@vivifi.me, with the following information,
1. Order ID
2. Name
3. SIM card delivery address
Delivery of VIVFI SIM Card is by Singpost regular postal mail to your Letter box. There is no tracking code for postal mail. Delivery service standard is based on Singpost Basic Local Letters.
We will mail out your VIVIFI SIM Card after we receive your email. Please check your letter box after 4 working days.
