Self-collection
1. Sign up your VIVIFI account online @ http://family.vivifi.me
2. Make a purchase and specify Self-Collection
3. Before you meet VIVIFIers to collect SIM Cards, please bring along the following:
- Your original NRIC / FIN (required if you did not sign up using Singpass)
- Show us the email confirmation that your VIVIFI SIM is ready for collection (with Email Header and Order ID),
or Tell us your Order ID
4. Locate VIVIFIers at the locations below to collect your VIVIFI SIMs. No reservation is required.
5. Do note that SIM will be activated within 4 hours after collection for customers who have signed up without Singpass. Customers who have signed up using Singpass may activate the SIM online anytime at activate.vivifi.me.
Please note that there is no booth or banners, and no reservation is required.

Stay safe during this pandemic
During self-collection, please help us to
1. Keep your MASK ON
2. Keep a safe distancing of 1 metre if there is a queue
3. Keep to limit of 2 person per group if you need to be present together
4. Tell us your Order ID verbally or show us your email with the order ID / or printed email.
Do not pass your phone or printed paper to our colleague
5. Hold up your NRIC/FIN* front and back as requested by our colleagues for sighting

6. For collection on behalf, hold up the signed Letter of Authorisation* for our colleague to take a photo. Please also hold up both the subscriber's and proxy's original NRIC/FIN* for our colleague's sighting.

*Required if you did not sign up using Singpass/ you have signed up using Singpass but require SIM activation by VIVIFI staff
For Change Of Ownership, please hold up the signed form and the front / back of both NRIC/ID for our colleague to take a photo.

Collection of VIVIFI Sim Cards are only available for
- New Sign Up that has indicated "Self Collection"
- SIM Card Replacement as advised by VIVIFI Customer Service.
Collection on behalf
You can get someone to be your appointed proxy and in order for him/her to receive/collect the SIM card, please get ready the following documents.
- Your original NRIC/FIN*
- Your appointed proxy's original NRIC/FIN*
- Completed Letter of Authorisation* (A copy of the LOA can be downloaded HERE )
*Required if you did not sign up using Singpass/ you have signed up using Singpass but require SIM activation by VIVIFI staff
Please note that the mentioned documents need to be produced for our VIVIFIer so that they can do the necessary verification before releasing the SIM card to your appointed proxy.
Please note that
(1) We are unable to issue VIVIFI SIM to orders that had been specified for delivery.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused
(2) Self-collection points may be ceased, subject to the situation of Coronavirus.
(3) Self-collection points will cease on DORSCON Level Red
(4) Please note that there is an admin fee of $12.00 for each SIM Card that is not collected within 30 days of sign up.
