Enable VIVIFI Go Data Roaming
VIVIFI offers data roaming packs, instead of pay-per-use.
To purchase a roaming pack for mobile number, please log into your VIVIFI Account using VIVIFI Me credential, select Manage > Roaming.
When will VIVIFI Data Roam Plan expire?
The VIVIFI Data Roam Plan purchased will be activated immediately upon receiving the SMS that we are processing your request.
It will expire according to the validity specified for the plan.
For example, if you purchased Plan A - Malaysia, it will expire in 7 days (including the day of purchase).
Can I purchase data roam plan for sharing ?
You cannot share a data roaming plan.
A Data Roam plan is assigned to either VIVIFI Me or one of your VIVIFI Us lines upon purchase.
It is also non-transferable.
Can I purchase multiple data roam plan at the same time?
Yes. You can purchase multiple data roam plans at one go.
Example #1, You need 2GB in Malaysia. You can purchase TWO Plan A - Malaysia before your trip. If data runs out, you can log in to your VIVIFI Account using your VIVIFI Me credential to purchase more.
Example #2, You need 2GB in Malaysia and 2GB in Thailand. You can purchase a Plan A - Malaysia and a Plan C - Asia Pacific before your trip. Upon finishing up the data from Plan A, Plan C will kick in while you are still in Malaysia. You can continue to consume the remaining data in Thailand.
VIVIFI Go will utilise the data plan with the least validity period first.
