Your VIVIFI SIM should be activated automatically 4 hours after you receive it
Thereafter, please insert your VIVIFI SIM into your phone to ensure it is working.

Want to Port in Mobile Number from another Telco?
If you need to port in your existing Mobile number from another existing telco.
Just a few more steps you need to do.
1. Login to the vivifi.me account, select Manage => Number Porting
2. Select the mobile number that you want to port in, click on the icon under action
3. Are you the registered owner with the existing Telco?
- No? Select "I am the Owner"
- Yes? Select "I am NOT the Owner"
4. Complete filling up the form.
You are ready to port in!
