Your eSIM will first need to be activated before you can view the eSIM QR.
If you have signed up using Singpass, click here for info on activation.
If you have signed up using a manual here, click here for info on activation.
After your SIM has been activated, log in to family.vivifi.me.
Click on Manage > SIM Management.
Click on "View/Request" button corresponding to the required mobile number to view the QR and install the eSIM profile on your device.
iPhone users: If you are using an iPhone and are porting in your mobile number from another telco, you are advised to insert your SIM into your device/ install the eSIM only after port-in has been completed successfully for your device to correctly display the port-in number.
Please note that you are allowed up to 3 free downloads regardless of the device. A SIM replacement fee of $5.40 (inclusive of GST) will apply if you require more than 3 downloads.
