Home Delivery: The SIM will be automatically activated within 4 hours of SIM delivery.
Postal Mail: Send SIM activation request to VIVIFI. SIM card will be activated within 4 hours after you have been contacted by VIVIFI staff. Refer to the email or scan the QR on the envelope from VIVIFI for details on SIM activation.
IMPORTANT Note for Existing VIVIFI Share customer adding new additional line(s):
If you are an existing VIVIFI Share customer adding new VIVIFI Us sub lines, please note that you will still need to activate your new VIVIFI SIMs online at activate.vivifi.me regardless of whether you have signed up for your main VIVIFI Me line with or without using Singpass Myinfo.
