Customers signing up without using Singpass Myinfo will NOT be able to activate the SIM online.
Home Delivery of physical SIM: The SIM will be automatically activated within 4 hours of SIM delivery.
eSIM/Postal Mail delivery of physical SIM: Send the SIM activation request to VIVIFI. Refer to the email or scan the QR on the envelope (only for physical SIM) from VIVIFI for more details on SIM activation.
Please note that an admin fee of $13 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed if SIM activation is not completed within 14 days of submitting the SIM order or if the order is cancelled.
iPhone users: If you are using an iPhone and are porting in your mobile number from another telco, you are advised to insert your SIM into your device/ install the eSIM only after port-in has been completed successfully for your device to correctly display the port-in number. If you are an existing VIVIFI Share customer adding new VIVIFI Us sub lines, please note that you will still need to activate your new VIVIFI SIMs online at activate.vivifi.me regardless of whether you have signed up for your main VIVIFI Me line with or without using Singpass Myinfo.
